With over two decades of experience commanding and engineering some of the world’s most sophisticated superyachts, Capt. Raymond Seet is the driving force behind S.M.E Marine Services. As a licensed Master up to 3000GT (Unlimited) and a certified Yachtmaster Ocean (RYA/MCA), his deep maritime expertise spans Asia and beyond, including operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and the USA.

But it’s not just his credentials that set him apart — it’s his unparalleled local network and insider knowledge of Singapore’s yachting industry. Having personally captained vessels from 40 to 126 feet and trained countless crew, Capt. Raymond has built strong relationships with marinas, suppliers, port authorities, and yacht owners. This makes him the go-to person for sourcing crew, facilitating yacht management, navigating local regulations, and ensuring operational excellence.

Aqeel Aliani brings a unique and powerful combination of deep technical expertise, engineering discipline, and a global mindset to S.M.E Marine Services. With a background in geophysics, AI development, and systems engineering, Aqeel has worked across continents and industries—from advanced machine learning labs in Berlin to sonar mapping missions at sea.
